DECISION
(SUBJECT: PUBLISHING THE LIST OF INVALID LEGAL DOCUMENTATION)
THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT
- Pursuant to the Law on issuing legal documentation in 1997 and the revised and supplementary one in 2002;
- Pursuant to the Decree No.161/CP dated 27th Dec. 2005 from the Government regulating in detail the implementation of some articles in the above-mentioned Law;
- Pursuant to the Decree No.135/2003/ND-CP dated 14th Nov. 2003 from the Government on checking and treatment of the legal documentation;
- Pursuant to the Decision No.25/2006/QD-BGTVT dated 24th May 2006 from Minister of Transport promulgating the Regulation on edition, evaluation, promulgation, review, systemization, checking and treatment of the legal documentations on transport field;
As requested by Mr. Chief of TCQM;
DECIDES:
Article 1: to publish 32 legal documents on investment in construction works promulgated by Minister of Transport to be expired (enclosed the list of invalid legal document)
Article 2: This Decision will come into effect after 15 days as of the signing date.
Article 3: The Administrators, Chief of Inspector of Ministries, Chief of Bureaus belonging to Ministers, Chief of Departments belonging to Ministries, leaders of organization and units belonging to Transport section and other relevant agencies shall take responsibility to implement this Decision accordingly.
