Dear Sir/Madam,
The Coordinating/Managing Entity (CME) of the ….(1)… (hereinafter referred to as the “Programme”) is the …(2)…
The Designated National Authority (DNA) of Viet Nam under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) of Viet Nam is authorized to issue a Letter of Approval for this Programme and would like to confirm that:
1. The Government of Viet Nam has ratified the Kyoto Protocol on 25 September 2002;
2. This is approval of voluntary participation in the proposed Programme;
3. The Programme contributed to sustainable development in Viet Nam.
The duration of validity of this Letter of Approval shall be 24 months from the date hereof.
Furthermore, this Letter of Approval is subject to the condition: the Programme must be developed in accordance with the Programme of Activities Design Document received by the Viet Nam DNA. The Viet Nam DNA reserves its right to revoke this Letter of Approval in the event of non-compliance with the condition stated herein.
