DECISION
PROMULGATING ACTION PLAN OF MINISTRY OF FINANCE OF VIETNAM FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF NATIONAL STRATEGY FOR GREEN GROWTH DURING 2021-2030
MINISTER OF FINANCE OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2023/ND-CP dated April 20, 2023 of the Government of Vietnam on functions, tasks, entitlements, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1658/QD-TTg dated October 1, 2021 of the Prime Minister of Vietnam on approval for the national strategy for green growth during 2021-2030, with a vision toward 2050;
Pursuant to Decision No. 882/QD-TTg dated July 22, 2022 of the Prime Minister of Vietnam on approval for the national action plan for green growth during 2021-2030;
At the request of the Director of the National Institution for Finance.
HEREBY DECIDES:

Article 2. Heads of units of and affiliated with the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam shall, based on Decision No. 1658/QD-TTg dated October 1, 2021 of the Prime Minister of Vietnam and this Decision, proactively implement tasks; cooperate with relevant units in effectively implementing assigned tasks; take responsibility before the Minister of Finance of Vietnam for the implementation of tasks, specifically:
- Develop plans to effectively implement assigned tasks according to assigned contents in the Appendix of this Decision.
- Submit annual reports and carry out mid-term preliminary reviews in 2025 and final reviews in 2030 regarding the implementation of results of assigned tasks according to this Action Plan based on the situations of assigned tasks and send them to the National Institution for Finance (before November 15 every year) for summary and presentation to the Ministry for approval and submission to the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam for summary and reports to the Prime Minister of Vietnam (before December 10 every year).
The Ministry Office shall monitor and urge units to comply with assignments prescribed in this Decree.
- During the implementation, based on requests from the Government of Vietnam and the Prime Minister of Vietnam, relevant ministries and central authorities shall submit irregular reports on the situation and results of the implementation of the National Strategy for Green Growth, and units shall submit reports as assigned by the Leader of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam.
Article 3. This Decision comes into force as of its date of signing.
Article 4. Director of the National Institution for Finance, Chief Office of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam, and Heads of relevant agencies and units shall implement this Decision./.
