DECISION

DELAYING UNION CONTRIBUTION OF ENTERPRISES HAVING REDUCED MANUFACTURING ORDER

BOARD OF PRESIDENTS OF VIETNAM GENERAL CONFEDERATION OF LABOR

- Pursuant to the Law on Trade Union and Regulations on Trade Union of Vietnam;

- Pursuant to Resolution No. 105/NQ-CP dated July 15, 2023 of the Government on tasks and solutions for dealing with difficulties in manufacturing and business operations, promoting administrative reform, enforcing security and order;

- Pursuant to Notice No. 893/TB-TLD dated August 14, 2023 of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on Conclusion of the 36th Meetings between Board of Presidents of the 12th Vietnam General Confederation of Labor;

- At request of Department of Confederation Financial Affairs,

HEREBY DECIDES

Article 2. Assign Standing Committee of Confederations of Labor of provinces and cities; central Craft Unions and similar; Corporation Unions affiliated to the Confederation to review, identify, and be responsible for issuing decisions allowing enterprises suffering from reduced manufacturing order to delay their union contribution to December 31, 2023 and submit report on implementation of this Decision to the General Confederation (via Department of Financial Affairs) before January 31, 2024.

Article 3. Department of Confederation Financial Affairs; Confederations of Labor of provinces and cities; central Trade Unions and similar, Corporation Unions affiliated to the Confederation shall be responsible for implementation of this Decision./.
