CIRCULAR
AMENDMENT TO CIRCULAR NO. 07/2012/TT-BVHTTDL DATED JULY 16, 2012 OF THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM GUIDING DECREE NO. 32/2012/ND-CP DATED APRIL 12, 2012 OF THE GOVERNMENT MANAGING IMPORT AND EXPORT OF CULTURAL PRODUCTS FOR NON-COMMERCIAL PURPOSES
Pursuant to Decree No. 79/2017/ND-CP dated July 17, 2017 of Government on functions, tasks, powers and organizational structures of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2012/ND-CP dated April 12, 2012 of the Government managing import and export of cultural products for non-commercial purposes;
Pursuant to Decree No. 22/2022/ND-CP dated March 25, 2022 of the Government on amendment to Decree No. 32/2012/ND-CP dated April 12, 2012 of the Government managing import and export of cultural products for non-commercial purposes;
At request of Director of Vietnam Cinema Department;
The Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism promulgates Circular on amendment to Circular No. 07/2012/TT-BVHTTDL dated July 16, 2012 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism guiding Decree No. 32/2012/ND-CP dated April 12, 2012 of the Government managing import and export of cultural products for non-commercial purposes.

“Article 5. Import cultural products
Motion pictures stated under Point b Clause 1 Article 8 of Decree No. 32/2012/ND-CP dated April 12, 2012 of the Government managing import and export of cultural products for non-commercial products and amended by Clause 2 Article 1 of Decree No. 22/2022/ND-CP dated March 25, 2022 of the Government on amendment to Decree No. 32/2012/ND-CP include: Motion pictures for screening, airing, sampling and introduction, presentation to the Film Appraisal Board, publishing, and distribution in nationwide cinemas and television systems as per the law.”.
2. Add Form No. 3a following Form No. 3 under Clause 3 Article 9 of Circular No. 07/2012/TT-BVHTTDL amended by Circular No. 22/2018/TT-BVHTTDL dated June 29, 2018 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on amendment to Circular No. 07/2012/TT-BVHTTDL as follows:
“Form No. 3a: Application for motion picture import license”.
Article 2. Implementation
1. This Circular comes into force from December 15, 2022.
2. Difficulties that arise during the implementation of this Circular should be reported to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (via the Vietnam Cinema Department)./.
