Pursuant to the Law on Tourism dated June 19, 2017;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 79/2017/ND-CP dated July 17, 2017, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism;
Upon the request of the Director of the Department of Legal Affairs and the General Director of Vietnam National Administration of Tourism;
The Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism herein promulgates the Circular on amendments and supplements to the Decree No. 06/2017/TT-BVHTTDL dated December 15, 2017 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, elaborating on implementation of several articles of the Law on Tourism.

2. Amending and supplementing clause 1 of Article 7 as follows:
“1. Within 5 business days from the day on which an inspection conclusion is issued by the competent authority, the licensing authority shall issue a decision on revocation of the license for provision of travel services. The decision shall be issued to the provider, inspecting authority, immigration authority, tax authority and business registration authority of the province where the provider is headquartered, and published on the web portal of the licensing authority and travel service provider management website.”
Article 2. Implementation responsibilities
1. Vietnam National Administration of Tourism shall preside over or cooperate with the Department of Legal Affairs and relevant authorities or units in providing guidance on implementation of this Circular.
2. Heads of authorities and units affiliated to the Ministry, Directors of Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Departments of Tourism and other relevant persons shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
In the course of implementation of this Circular, should there be any issue that arises, authorities, entities and persons can promptly inform the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism about such issue to seek its appropriate amendments or supplements.
1. This Circular shall enter into force as of the signature date.
2. Authorities, units and travel service providers carrying out procedures for deposit refunds within the time limits specified in Article 6 and 7 of the Circular No. 06/2017/TT-BVHTTDL shall continue to be subject to these new time limits./.
