To:

- Petrol and oil key traders;
- Petrol and oil distributors.

In order to maintain the petrol and oil supply in a sufficient and continuous manner to the domestic market, serve the manufacture and business and meet consumption demands of the people and enterprises, the Ministry of Industry and Trade make proposals as follows:

1. Petrol and oil key wholesalers strictly conform to the total minimum petrol and oil supply (quantity and types) allocated in the fourth quarter of 2022 in order to ensure continuous provision of petrol and oil products to customers;

Petrol and oil distributors shall take the initiative in adopting plans to sign stable contracts on purchase of petrol and oil from petrol and oil suppliers in order to prevent interruption of petrol and oil supply sources in their trading systems.

2. In case of necessity, the Ministry of Industry and Trade require use of the compulsory petrol and oil reserves to supply them to domestic distribution systems and markets without interruption of petrol and oil supply sources in their trading systems, maintenance of petrol and oil retail shops of enterprises and sufficient supply of goods to retail shops within their distribution systems;

3. The Ministry of Industry and Trade require sharing supply sources and pays to agents and customers in an appropriate manner in order to prevent interruption of petrol and oil supply sources for the market;
