In furtherance of Official Dispatch No. 2847/CV-BCĐ dated May 23, 2020 of the National Steering Committee for Prevention and Control of Covid-19 on facilitating entry of foreigners who are investors, experts, highly-skilled worker into Vietnam for work; Official Dispatch No. 394/TB-VP dated May 26, 2020 of the Office of the People’s Committee announcing the directives of Standing Deputy President of the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Le Thanh Liem at the meeting for considerations of proposals of enterprises regarding entry of foreign experts;

Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs foreigners hereby request that each organization or organization or enterprise that employs foreign investors, experts, highly-skilled workers, business managers or executives send a written request and a list of foreign employees that need entry (using the form enclosed herewith) to Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs at No. 31 Road 13, Hiep Binh Chanh street, Thu Duc district by June 08, 2020. These documents will be the submitted to the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City for consideration and decision.
