Circular 129/2021/TT-BQP on Quality management process in investigation, survey and demining, issued by the Minister of National Defense

CIRCULARS

ISSUES PROCEDURES FOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN INVESTIGATION, SURVEY AND CLASSIFICATION OF EMPLOYEES

Pursuant to Decree No. 164/2017/ND-CP dated December 30, 2017 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 18/2019/ND-CP dated February 1, 2019 on management and implementation of post-war remedial activities of mines and explosives;

At the request of the Commander of the Army Corps of Engineers;

The Minister of National Defense promulgates a Circular promulgating the  Quality Management Process  in the investigation, survey and clearance of mines and explosives.

Article 1. To  promulgate together with this Circular Quality management process in investigation, survey and demining.

Article 2.  This Circular takes effect from November  20   , 2021  .

Article 3.  The Chief of General Staff, Commander of the Army Corps of Engineers, Heads of relevant agencies, units, organizations and individuals are responsible for the implementation of this Circular .
